Definetly going into scraps later.Just me messing with the Mars bot some more, trying to figure out her "hair" Think I got it at the bottom there. Hadn't planned on sharing, but that pair of doodles amused me.

These are great sketches- I like the action pose! The version of her hair in which the "cards" form "braids" (sorry, can't quite figure out how to describe it) looks very neat, although I can understand why you didn't stick with it- it doesn't look right for Mars. (Hmm... perhaps save it for another robot, even a non-Sailor one.)
I'm thrilled the fan suggestion is working out and that you're using it to enhance her expressiveness. That Japanese fan you found is so perfect it's crazy!
