Phew, this was a whole lot of work! It took about 9h and i livestreamed the whole thing! it was great fun with some company and a huge thanks to all my lovely livestreamwatchers : ) I must say I'm really happy with the result ^^I actually made a speed paint with this and it's out on youtube, so if you're curious, feel free to watch it!

Sigh, i feel so defeated writing this again...

You know what, I'm just going to cover the most important. Boring background, the last one was much better... aww, come on! I can't say that... I mean, sigh, the last one had like this green yellowish cross which looked so good. I said a bit about that in what i earlier and is now gone forever. It highlighted the main feature and went so well with the red, and yeah. My last comment was like super duper serous, but now it's like gone and stuff so I'm allowing myself some chat talk in pity on myself. Alright, ohh, and i said things about how this is not your job and you have other things to do and you could have used a lot more time into this if you had wanted to and like stuff and kinda. Ok, next thing; the speed you are trying to show is kinda screwed by the smoke flying forward from the mane. Sigh, i wasn't this mean in my first comment, this is just to make it more fun for me to wright, no hard feelings, right? : ) The horse is great, you are good at drawing horses, just like every other girl that can draw. Sorry, i didn't mean for you to feel common, you are very special and there isn't anyone like you. Better? Am i the only one who can't joke about stuff like this in comments because of how little you know about how the person you are joking with will react (It's a joke, ok?). This became more of a rant that an actual analysis of your drawing but it is what is is. Ok, just to end with something, if i could have had everything just as i wanted, i would have become emperor of the universe and i would have removed the smoke from the mane (or made it go back), and put the horse in a night landscape. All in all, it's a demon horse with smoke, thats it. A very cool and awesome demon horse with smoke mind you, but i liked the last picture better. I want to stress that as a horse it is grate, and i think that is what you sett out to do, you wanted to draw a horse, and you did a very good job, but as a picture it lacks an interesting background and expression. Is this horse, a demon, is it possessed, is it running away, is it attacking? It is kinda difficult to tell, and if you didn't notice, I'm serous again, that is because i haven't written this before.

aww yeah i know the feeling.. well i've seen that picture as well and it's really nifty. aaanyways, somebody got up on the wrong side of the day today? ha ha i'm just teasing : P but this green, yellowish cross? what? where in the world did you get that from? there have never been any green, yellowish cross in the background?? i even looked up the facebiceook picture and...nop, no green or yellow.
yeah i did think about that one tendril of smoke going in all sorts of weird direction, but then again it was the nicest tendril of smoke so i just ignored it (whoop whoop martas lazyness strikes again)
and by the way, EVERYBODY should learn to draw horses, not because they're cute yadda yadda yadda, but because their anatomy is sort of like the blueprint of most animals, so kids, if you wanna draw animals, draw horses. but yeah, i know you're joking xD and yeah, steriotypes are always fun.
yeah i see where you're going, i if i were you tho.. wait. i won't go there since you basically mashed to drawings together as an example (but i haaateee red and purple together, there i said it! lol) (of course it doesn't have to be red and purple.. but still..)
and as for the links, DA makes them whenever you put in a link, no fancy HTML coding here! icons however need a :icon write-something-silly plz: as in (:icon silly plz: without the spaces) but you probably knew that. anyways!
yeah i do agree with you. when it came to the backgroun i had no clue what to do there so i just left it like that. and yeah, the horse does lack an expression, i can of course excuse myself with wanting to give the viewer the oppertunity to make up his/hers own story around this piece yadda yadda, but i didn't really think about it. i just wanted to draw a funky horse. and i did, so misson accomplished! : )

thank you!! well you see, you start by scribbling down what you like to paint. then you splash a lot of pretty/moody color over there. then you make a new layer and just carefully paint in the flats. then you splash some shadow at random places, and some light. you spend 5+ hours rendering it and then you're finished! hurray!
