If somewhere in the 20th century, The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg formed the great Nation of BeneluxIts national languages would be Dutch, German and French. Here´s the flag of Benelux

I'm not sure. I think that Amsterdam should be its capital, but Brussels also is an option.

Well when the BeneLux was a country: The United Kingdom of the Netherlands, Brussels was the capital. So propably Brussels.
