I've always wondered... Is there meat inside lightning mcqueen? He has retinas which implies that he has a brain, a nervous system, and musculature, he has a tongue and teeth which implies he has a skeleton... By the logic here, the true lightning mcqueen is actually the biological material floating in the mass of what I can only assume is cerebrospinal fluid that occupies the seating of his non-biological carapace? Given that lightning mcqueen is bilaterally symmetrical with a prehensile appendage and a shell, wouldn't that definitely make him a type of gastropod/mollusc (like a snail)?
What then would be the best way to butcher and serve lightning mcqueen? Maybe he could be cooked like a clam, by removing the tough chewy rubber parts, draining the toxic fluids, then just roast in the shell with some garlic butter and parsley... Or perhaps cooking him in a similar method to crabs or lobsters would be better, since it seems like he would have at least several distinct chambers which all have different qualities of meat... Boiled whole, strip the waste products and then pry apart the different portions of his outer shell or crack open with a sledgehammer/crowbar as appropriate. I think the cabin can be pried apart and will have more delicate meat, while the hood and trunk will have to be opened with an angle-grinder and the meat will be firmer and stronger flavoured.
