Haku: what would that promise be Irtra?

Irtra: you know when this war is over. No matter which side may win in it. I want you to make me this one promise. For the longest as I can remember. I always wanted to be freed from slavery and be able to live so freely just as you are now. I want you to comeback for me and make me yours so not only we can both be freed, but to also make ourselves a new life together no matter where we may end off to.

Haku: with the stars as our only witness on this night. I’d be happy to make you that promise. And I will come back to free you from this life of servitude no matter what may happen.

Irtra: you know. Those stars we look up to at night. I always imagined how beautiful they are like diamonds when they twinkle up there. Just looking at them reminds me that even in the most darkest of places, there will always be some small glimmer of light to shine through it all and guide us. Maybe they will guide you back towards me Haku.

Haku: maybe, but I think that sometimes those stars up there are angels looking down on us. Angels like my family that are still watching over me no matter where I was. Whether it was on the mountain tops, the window from my stable in the barn, or even the dark fiery realms of Hell. Makes me feel like we’ll be alright as long as those lights are up there shining down on us.

Irtra: just promise me on this night with these stars as our only witness that you’ll comeback for me. Maybe you can free me and we can be together.

Haku: I promise Irtra. I will comeback and we’ll be together once the war is over.

it was that night that Haku, made a promise to Irtra. That he would return to her from the war no matter which side may win it. He would have spent a single night with her together in a tent specially for her. As he would have kept her company for one more night before his big day to be enlisted into active military service as a soldier instead of a slave. Haku couldn’t believe it, but he and Irtra both knew that what they’ve just felt was something neither of them thought could be possible in the past week and a half they’ve known each other. Haku wouldn’t have ever found this feeling back in the farm or in Hell. And Irtra (in this timeline at least), is discovering love for the first time in her life. And with someone just like her in away too.

The next morning. Haku made his way up towards Solitude, for the first time will he be walking into one of the major cities of Skyrim, since he first arrived without any explanation. There he would be given himself a test to join the Imperial Legion, and succeeded with blinding colors in his worth of joining the legion. After regaining a fort for them and would be given his armor later on and become a soldier. This was Haku’s biggest adventure yet since his quest to defeat Malikar. But he would be in a war instead of a one on one battle with any foe like his last quest.
