Description
This one's arrival was heralded by a somewhat dark time for me. Various family problems, and a bathroom remodeling that went south fairly quickly as well as my issues with Colonial Marines had left me in a bit of a downspiral. When my brother, the one that counts anyway, found me I was sitting in a corner muttering to my Azorius deck. After a drawn out couple of hours of him nudging me with his foot. He showed me a picture it was of a werewolf transformation and he asked me what I thought of it. He then told me to glimpse through DArt see what jumped to mind. He then whispered to me that he knew where I kept my Akromas and that their right about the proper thickness for him to test the sharpness of his Kukris.

So with that urging I started to brainstorm and ponder and then the idea struck me "spy".

What followed next was a somewhat garbled communication with the artist known as Johnny Haradrim [link] the dude's worth it folks, to borrow the popular phrase "his skillz be money yo".

With this Mackenzie was born.

Mackenzie is a catgirl/catwoman, I originally was thinking sort of a spy/kitsune but then after seeing how Mr. Haradrim draws his catgirls my decision seemed obvious. Of course this also made the original title I thought of for this feel somewhat awkward.

She considers herself a mistress of disguise which helps her with her goals. The power harness wrapped around her body both further boosts her strength, she on her own has the strength of a male olympic level weightlifter but the harness gives her the strength equivalent of Spider-Man. It also aids her climbing abilities by allowing her to stick to surfaces via a magnetic lock like system.

My next obstacle in developing this character was crafting a backstory for and after seeing the finished product I came up with around four. So winnowing them down became a real thrill. The end result I'm proud of but that shall wait for another time.
