thanks the effect is achieved by rolling the hot bubble in white powdered glass, and then blowing it into an optic mould, the ridges of the mould cause the powder to seperate into lines!
this one is pretty small, only about 6 or 7 inches tall and it is a consistent thickness throughout. i couldn't tell you how heavy it is, i'm bad at guessing that kind of thing.
