I needed something new, and I was looking at a Tokyo Rose tour poster on my wall when I noticed a small "Greetings from Santa Cruz, CA" postcard in the California/travel-themed collage at the bottom. So, I made this because I've always liked the style. It's not perfect, but I figure anything has to be better than a picture of me looking angry in the woods.Related content

No, not much going on with me, just work and the like. Oh, but I hope to transfer to an art school in the fall to pursue photography, so I guess that's sorta new. What's new with you?

I've been busy. I'm getting through my third quarter at the University of Washington, and I'm getting ready to announce a major and all that. My boyfriend is moving out here in June, and everything is going nicely. Except that I'm procrastinating on homework again.
Unfortunately, I'm rather bored with my photography. I just can't ever seem to get anything that satisfies me anymore. I barely upload, and I miss doing it, but my resources are limited, and I haven't got the guts to ask a friend to model for me. What do you think?

I've been feeling the same way lately about photography. A big part of it for me is just a lack of things to shoot out here in the suburbs. Maybe you just need some new scenery. Take a roadtrip somewhere this summer. Just ask your friend to model, too. You can do it!
