Description
Here we have my first successful resin blank for my upcoming sergal head after the separation of the lower mandible, as well as the drilling and mounting of the hinge.

This is such a process when working with your own sculpt, molds and pour. I am ecstatic with how this came out, though many more parts of this system have to come together correctly to have a finished piece. With so many components left, there is still so much that can go wrong to make it all go cattywhampus!

I am determined to learn this style of fursuit/ costume head making from a "scratch" build point of view as my goal is to eventually offer high quality costume making for the public.
