Hi guys:
So this tutorial shows you how to get that painted 'glow' look using contour makeup techniques. We gals are constantly doing our own makeup and wasting endless hours watching makeup tutorials on YouTube.
But for those of you who don't know how, or don't want to waste time on YouTube, I hope this helps a wee bit. If you have any questions, just ask me.I used Photoshop to get this effect, but it works with GIMP and anything else too. If anyone uses it feel free to link back. I would love to see if it works as well for you as it did for me.
