HOMG.This is the oldest drawing -ever-. The original sketch, I drew back when I was in secondary school (and bad at art). I've been sort of working on it bit by bit ever since, erased everything and redrew twice, until I came upon a mad rush of inspiration a couple days ago, and then it all Just Happened.

It is perfect. Well... The vegetation looks odd, because I do not understand why it is spiky like grass, yet some of the spiky vegetation is yellow like the light? What is the shiny cloth spilling onto the bench? Is it cloth? Yeah - the attention to detail is fantastic. If I had walked-by the scene in real life I wouldn't have appreciated it like the artwork.

Seriously. I'm without words. I LOVE this. Whatever you went through with this piece to arrive here, it was worth it - the result is fantastic! The beautiful fold and drape of the fabric, the perfect perspective and detail of the harp, her amazing hair, the semi-transparent white fabric pooled at her side, her GORGEOUS hands.... Love. Favorite!
