The snowflake was done entirely with tools, so that's why that's clean.
And the Claire, well, I'm just careful with my brush strokes. Plus I do a rough draft first so I only have to trace.

Yeah I do rough drafts sometimes but they still never end up looking as clean as this, it almost looks like you used a line tool of some sorts to draw her lol.

No I'm just careful with my lines, have a big tablet, make sure to make use of the pen pressure, and I use a very dark blue instead of black. (because this is a blue themed picture)
