Description
This is my first digital drawing tutorial, so go easy on me plz.
I made a simple tutorial on how to draw a basic anime eye in 4 easy steps!!!
This is just one of the many ways to draw anime eyes.
You can practice this technique and develop/improve your own style afterwards.
You may also try to experiment with different colors/shapes/textures.
PLZ READ AND FOLLOW MY TERMS OF USE BELOW.

I do a sketch of an eye base then ink it in and send it to the scanner.
Open it in gimp, and use the filter "Cartoon" to put it to the desired percent black.
Correct anything with the path or free select tool.
You can change the black to another color like a charcoal or cool grey by another layer on "Lighten Only" using the paint brush tool.
As for you say, a little blurry, it depends really if you want the entire eye lightly blurred or selected areas, but use the "Gaussian Blurs."
I blur to smooth out the edges normally.
I set a "Drop Shadow" behind and that could contribute towards the effect as well.

By right clincking and saving the image as, uploading it to one's account or other social media thus claiming it as one's own, and not giving me the proper credit where it's due is theft if I had no say in the matter.

The reason why it's not free is because this piece's rules for usage was squandered by a Deviant and they uploaded multiple copies of it with filter colors.
This way, my tutorial is safe from art thieves.

You can follow the steps and create your own pair of eyes yourself, yes.
Then again, I do have a zip pack of eleven different colored eyes for download as well because it was requested, but the price is the same $1.

The reason I did so was due to that fact that a deviant took this image and re-uploaded it without my permission and claimed it as theirs.

You can follow the tutorial by your computer/laptop/tablet screen or save it in your faves for future reference.
Downloading it just saves the trouble for some when it's jumbled in their faves and have to go looking and digging for it through thousands of tutorials.
The reason why I put a price is because people can't necessarily be trusted.
I had a deviant re-upload my eyes and filer the colors without my permission which it clearly states not to in the description.
Any eyes that you make yourself by following the tutorial I'd love to see though.

I used my laptop mouse pad, so basically my finger did all the work.
The trick is to use the eclipse tool to create the oval/circle shapes of the eye.
