It includes some notes on the eye's construction, so even if you aren't a digital artist or digital painter, there are still some tips you can use.
The program I used in this tutorial is Clip Studio Paint, but you should find the same painting tools in other programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Paint Tool Sai, Manga Studio, Corel Painter, Illustudio, openCanvas, etc. ^^ I hope you find it useful!
