Looks good but I would remove the top section. Makes it look top heavy and cumbersome. Second, replace one of the guns with a rocket launcher.

Yep- that's frigging cool.
That said- I'm not seeing much that really screams "HEAVY ASSAULT!!" at me. I mean, 4 rotary-barrel cannon will liquify your whole day, given. But as one turns into red slush, is one thinking "Wow- that was heavy!"?

Haha, it can carry heavier stuff which the smaller guys can't really handle. Have a look at some of the attachments i did. frostknight-ice.deviantart.com… . But yeah, could be bigger.
