Name: Malcolm
Height: 5'9" (probably, I'm no good at guessing height)

Weight: Roughly 45 kg

Age: 57 (Or at least the clockwork is)

Occupation: Ex-Maintenance worker for the Factory, previously a munitions assembly droid.

Strengths/skills: Pretty agile, decent speed, knows his way around a bread knife. Resistant to water, electricity and low-intensity heat. Those extra teeth of his can scare off most opponents, but they have a far more dubious function...

Weaknesses: He isn't all that strong (he's practically an antique!). If he gets too cold, his enamel is prone to cracking. His skin acts as normal, and so can be burnt, cut, and sometimes even be removed clean off. His largest drawback is that if he breathes in any small particles, (soot, dust, sand...), his mechanism is extremely likely to jam, causing his motion and speech to stammer, and can only be removed by ingesting oil or grease.

Likes: Humbugs, music (vinyl preferred), stealing things, challenges.

Dislikes: Hot climates/conditions, being bested in a fight (he's a sore loser), coffee (he hates the stuff).

Malcolm used to work for the Factory - before he got fired for being a general threat to other people's lives. He's a clockwork man; intricate, precisely engineered mechanisms encased in a vitreous enamel body. Because of his exact steady metronome, his movements are always smooth and fluid. However, if his body is disrupted, he gets progressively "jittery", with his speed and agility becoming practically non-existent, leaving him extremely vulnerable.

A habit of his is his singing, which has gotten him into trouble with the Factory supervisor more times than anyone can remember. He sometimes doesn't seem to realise when being quiet is a good idea, and so nearly anybody can locate where he is if he doesn't shut up. But even then, his clockwork innards make a certain ticking noise, which can be heard quite easily, no matter how hard he tries to stay silent.

No-one knows where he came from originally, but during his seventh year working at the Factory, he went missing for a week. His coworkers speculate frequently about what happened to him, but all they're really certain of is that he didn't come back altogether there...

The Factory is situated on an island to the SouthEast of the British Isles. As such, Malcolm has a pretty generic sounding Southern English accent. He's not big on swearing, but that's not saying he doesn't from time to time. He addresses strangers with "Sir", "Mister", or "Miss", another habit from his time as an employee.
