Actually long story short, yeah she was supposed to be his late wife; but she didn't last as long, and thus wouldn't be present for the current time-line of treasure planet. Although that was then, and I might change that if ever I think about continuing drawing her
She was a privateer, before she met him, working for the queen, until her own crew-members decided to go rouge.

That's actually a pretty cool idea to add onto Arrow like that! Hardly anyone I've found one here does anything with Mr.Arrow (much to my dismay because...he was just so cool in the movie!)
