I really like this character. I don't think there are many like her out there, really. I was thinking the other day about Brogan, and how she's a very bad lady but beautiful and perhaps we forgive her b/c of that (as a character; it's always the beautiful psychos that are popular with the fans, lol) and I thought about whether a less attractive character would be as popular. Then I remembered UD and I was like "WOOT!" 'cause she's remaining awesome across the timespan, here. ^_^ I love her range of expressions and how well her personality comes through in her body language.
I think the buck teeth are my favourite part of this deisgn, as they are adorable. With or without braces.

I'm glad that you like her - she's a joy to draw with all these exaggerated expressions and poses. And I do like the buck teeth as well, but by damn it's a challenge to draw them and not make her look goofy.

Funny thing is, she was intended to be before I saw your Sophie; She works shooting photos for commercials, leaving her surrounded by these beautiful models - a good excuse for the Quack pack to come and visit her at work from time to time and making her introduce them to the lovely ladies (hence the bottom picture). She is struggling to get freelance world-around-photographing-business up and running - without much luck.

Geez, I love this character! I'm also quite impressed with her grown-up design (I was seriously expecting Heidi Klum, so this was a pleasant surprise).
