I didn't get much sleep, my room was too hot last night and as there's no screen on my window I couldn't open it without being devoured by mosquitos and I keep my door shut to prevent cig smoke as much as I can...

If you can, you should get some cheap, uh...whatever the stuff that wedding weils are made of...anyways, get some of the cheap and staple it around the outside of your window frame as a makeshift screen. Then you could open your window.
