The tail is big, but it flows well it the body, I don't think it's big in a bad way. But yea, the head is sort of flat now that you mention it, but a lot of heads in anime are lol.

lol it looked like an anime head to me, although I really don't watch much anime so I'm probably not the best source for that lol. Although I still find it normal looking lol.
