Although I love to play with Dhelmise on my team, and I think it's a great concept, I really do still struggle to see ANY personality in its design. I get the smile, the eye, etc. but I know it's the seaweed, and I just can't see any sort of emotion in that. I thought when I saw it animated maybe the PokΓ©mon itself (i.e. the sea-weed) might show a face or something in certain animations, but it is just SO obtuse visually!

yes i fully agree. that's how i was with gen 5's sigilyph(spelling?) it was sort of interesting, but i just see ZERO personality with it. it's probably the most forgettable pokemon ever made.

I think I'm the only person who see Dhelmise's anchor as a "mustache". I don't know why, but I see it in that way and for that reason I called my Dhelmise "Anchorstache"....Yeah, is pretty silly xD. An actual funny fact is that the "anchorstache" joke can be translated without any problem in spanish as "bigotancla" haha
