this was one of my very first ideas i had when i started fakemon designs 5 years ago. it took me forever but i actually can sort of believe this design a bit. it's based off those office toys you see sometimes of a bird that continually "drinks" water. idk what they're called
this pokemon stands in shallow waters on the coast and drink water all day to hold until they battle and use the stored water. they are very goofy pokemon.
it is water/normal type
no evolution
