Swalot is actually more physical than special. Anyway, I LOVE it and Gulpin too...they always bring me back to the sweet memories of the times playing Ruby and Emerald

Muk can learn those moves, and has a better bulk to use them (curse is a better choice for Muk anyways, tho)
Swalot can learn Ice Beam and other crazy special moves, which is amazing... Well, it could be amazing, because Swalot's special attack is "oof".
It looks really hard to improve Swalot, the game mechanics aren't nice to him :c
