NEW ONEΒ frozenfeather.deviantart.com/aβ¦these are my weather balloon/u.f.o. fakemon
they fly only at night and have a slight glow to them. they are believed to have come from outer space. the first drifts aimlessly through the sky and are believed to be able to predict the weather because they live so high. the evolved form is believe to be able to travel in space.
the first is dark type the second is dark/steel type
the first evolves into the second with a moon stone
