this is my Altaria evolution
they live in medium sized flocks which sometimes become too powerful and release large amounts of thunder and lightning. they can create these "storms" for days just letting off energy. they are thought to be very graceful and lovely Pokemon.
it is flying/dragon type
it evolves from Altarai at level 50
