i like this, shows alot of emotion through vector which is great, its different, for me realy it shows a further reality on people in this case jessica alba, the hair is amazing uve done a great job!

her head looks a little big or something, like it doesn't belong on this body, I don't know...
but the choppiness of the whole thing is sweet!

as the others already sayd, her face looks kind of stranke, like melt wax. though it looks like a lot of work and i think with some practice you will soon improve................so give your best and keep on trying!

You know what, screw typical vector art, this kicks some serious ass.
The primitiveness of the shapes and shades, the lack of blending, it all adds to the flavor in my opinion. It dosen't damage the end product, because it clearly is Alba, that isnt hard to see.
You have my solid oath as a favwhore here, this deserves some serious abuse of the fav button.

just a small suggestion: may be you should try to simplify the face a little, but I loved the overall look especially the clothes

I know very little about vectors but I think you lines need to some how smooth together... her face look quite rough & scared...
