Water is blue. Not like the ocean is because of the sky, it's actually a highly saturated shade of blue.

it's in my perspective that it doesn't have a color ; v ;
for me it's just a transparent that adds up the color because of the reflection it is given in the sky. for example, when you are tearing up, it's just transparent, that sticks on the skin. and try looking at a glass of water and what do you see?
It's just the matter of perspective on how you see things in what you wanna color ; v ;
I learn the blue part a long time ago when someone message me the same thing aha
