She's popped up here and there, but not in anything released in the West as far as I'm aware - except a sticker in Brawl (and even then, that was technically her daughter).

Yeah, and her item in Melee.
I remember they almost released that game here in "Nintendo Puzzle Collection" for GameCube which almost got a release outside of Japan.
I even have an advertisement store booklet somewhere from back in the GameCube-era that advertised "Nintendo Puzzle Collection" as an upcoming game. (Even had a fully english official logo for it.)
Apparently, it was quietly cancelled unfortunately.

The Dr. Mario game was basically the N64 title, so maybe NoA didn't want to cross over there. I still don't know why Europe didn't get it though, as we didn't get Dr. Mario 64 either. Sad face!

*Shrugs* Seems odd to me personally, considering Dr. Mario 64 was already localized, I guess they didn't want to bother localizing the other 2 games, or something. (Or were still reluctant to release "Panel De Pon" due to the "girly" characters.) I don't know.
