Description
This is a collection of Nintendo heroes on the Famicom and NES. I purposely didn't include Disk System characters (Link, Samus, Pit, etc.) as they were going into another pic.So, in case you were wondering... from top to bottom...
Marth (Fire Emblem), Mario (SMB3), Mike Jones (Star Tropics), Professor Hector (Stack-Up/Gyromite), Little Mac (Punch-Out!!), Ninten (Mother), Mach Rider, Urban Champion, Popo (Ice Climber), Hunting Dog (Duck Hunt), Mr. Stevenson (Gumshoe), Sukapon (Joy Mecha Fight), Tamagon (Devil World), Balloon Fighter (Balloon Fight), Bubbles (Clu Clu Land).

I don't know if anybody has said this to you already, but that character from Mach Rider really looks like Dark Samus.Well, anyway, this one is really good-looking, but my favorite is still the Famicom Monster Medley.

Ninten's hat the wrong way
Leaf green instead of brown
Red balloon fighter helmet instead of blue
Mr. Stevenson suit brown instead of yellow

I knew about Ninten and Balloon Fighter, so that's good. Mr. Stevenson... not sure about that one. In the official art he's wearing a tan coat, but in the game it's clearly brown. As for the leaf, I did indeed make it green
I've been working on redoing this one for a while, but I keep not finishing it. I'm also adding in anyone I missed and adding more attention to detail. Let's see what a difference 6-7 years makes

Neither was Mr. Stevenson from Gumshoe. As far as I'm concerned Famicom and NES are the same thing in a different shape, so the names are interchangable. If I'd called it NES medley and included Japan-only characters I'm sure nobody would mind.

Nope. He is only ever referred to as "Hunting Dog" officially, and either "Duck Hunt Dog" or "That Goddamn Dog" by everyone else.
Don't confuse Barker Bill's Trick Shooting (the other game the dog appeared in). Barker Bill is actually the name of the ringmaster, based on an old TV show character.

I had plans for all the Nintendo systems, but I have been working on developing a new drawing style. I now have a plan to do something similar to this, only much better.

Loved those NES games... Except for Gyromite, StackUp, and Gumshoe because I have never played them, and Urban Champion because it just wasn't very good.

The Famicom/NES had alot of great games. Some people think the onley good games Nintendo makes are Mario, Zelda, or Pokemon, but there are so many other great Nintendo games & game series out there.
