Firstly, I would like to say, I really like the clothing design. It is just amazing. There are many details. I like the colors, too. Shading is just great. All lights and shadows are in good place.
I like the dynamism. I can almost imagine her moving. Her pose is also good.
The only bad point I can see here is color of her skin. It is just too pale, like she was ill or something. It looks unnatural a bit but it does not disturb much. At first, I even did not put attention to it.
You had good idea to paint white grass on the rock. There is no background but drawing it makes me able to imagine the situation.
In conclusion, I really like this art. It is fantastic. I really, really would like to draw like you!

Another excellent pic! The cloak and clothes drape perfectly down, with wrinkles and shades in all the right places to make it believable. The bow does make me pause though, since it looks like the lower section is shorter than the upper. I must assume you ended up doing something akin to a japanese bow. Still, awesome job!
