After using by my Meme blank: [link]I finish to copy and here my Felix The Cat favorite characters who the best style(as 1.1 Version!), his characteristics, etc.:
-No.1 is Felix The Cat The famous Cartoon Black&White Cat became the first star of all-time before Mickey Mouse appeared in 1928, then with his Magic Bag in the second generation, his style is Joe Oriolo and Don Oriolo(AWESOME!^^), He is really cute, nice, often funny, His favorite quote is "Righty-O!"! That is my one of best character!
-No.2 is Kitty Kat, Felix's girlfriend and lover since 1919, but She appear very rare, her style as "Baby Felix & Friends"(Because she like pink cute dress until 2011), She is very cute! That Classic-Modern style is better than her new design who talikng light blue dress and looking like a little girl into Minnie Mouse!
-No.3 is Professor name Mr. Nutty Nut-Meg(the real name) appear in 1958 and Felix's first enemy for the first time by Joe Oriolo, He is very intelligent and maybe real evil who want Felix's Magic Bag! That is the real evil, I love it!^^
-No.4 is Alex The Anti-Felix? I have already read the comic strip since 1930 and then appear in "Twisted Tales Of Felix"'s episode only(Alex take his Magic Bag X for battle VS Felix), He is a Felix's best real rival of all-times!
-No.5 is Rock Bottom, appear in 1958, Felix's enemy and Professor's company, He is beefy and non-intelligent, He help Professor that I steal Felix's Magic Bag or the very rare or 100% gold item! I funny Rock is really idiot...
- No.6 is Poindexter, appear in 1958, Felix The Cat's best friend and Professor's Nephew, He is intelligent and nice, if Felix is a problem, He help or explains Poindexter show the new electric item or other!
-No.7 is Chloe, will appear from The felix the Cat Show by a French studios: TeamTo! She is Felix's and poindexter's best friend, maybe she is nice, few cute and dynamic! That is good!
-No.8 is Master Cylinder, appear in 1958, Felix The Cat's and Poindexter's enemy and the dangerous extra-terrestrial who live in a planet Mars, He is evil and looking like Marvin The Martian's English voice! That is great dangerous evil!^^
-No. 9 isPhelix name Oscar, appear from "Twisted Tales Of Felix The Cat'' episode only, He's Felix The Cat's dislike or parody and villain, He is stupid and do the idiot anything! That stupid character is funny!^^
-It's not No.10, but It's Bonus!!^^ It's Phineas The Dog, He isn't a official character, But He's Felix The Cat's future of best friend and FTF's Fan-OC's from a fan-cartoon "Felix The Cat & Friends" with the new Magic Bag! He will(or is) very cool and dynamic! That is AWESOME the second hero next to Felix!^^
Felix The Cat, Kitty Kat, Professor Mr Nutty Net-Meg, Rock Bottom, Poindexter, Master Cylinder, Alex The Anti-Felix, Phelix(Oscar) The Stupid Cat and Chloe belong to Felix The Cat Production Inc.

At least Kitty's Current Design makes her look a lot less Humanoid(like just a Real Human Being with a Cat's Head) and more Cartoonish(and at least now we can see her Tail), something closer to Felix's Design, like how it was back in their Original Debut Cartoon "Feline Follies", where Felix & Kitty had the Exact Same Designs except Felix was Black & Kitty was White(and wore a Ribbon around her neck).
And by they way, Minnie Wishes she could be Kitty, someone who Doesn't look like she's just her Boyfriend in Drags, or at least Not look like his Identical Twin Sister, because That is just plain Creepy.

Alex is his cousin while Felix-X is actually his Anti and for whatever reason in Twisted Tales of Felix Alex apparently stole Felix-X's bag for some reason, I guess they merged the two characters?

Actually Twisted Tales was made back in 1995, the Magic Bag-X Webcomic came in 2005, so basically the Webcomic used that Alex scene from Twisted Tales to create a Bizarro-World Felix story.
But should the Dates have been switched, I can imagine a story to explain how Alex got Magic Bag-X(or simply the Anti-Bag), after the events of Magic Bag-X, even though the Real Magic Bag defeated it's Evil counterpart, a tiny little shred of it managed to survive, it was very weak and needed time to heal, but even though it was able to regenerate back to it's full size, it wasn't back to it's full power, so it couldn't couldn't summon the Magic Mirror-X, there for it needed to form a pact with someone who was a match for Felix, soon the Anti-Bag found it's way to Felix's Cousin Alex, then Alex formed a pact with it, he then painted himself to look like Felix-X, and went on a rampage to make it look like Felix-X was back for revenge armed with Magic Bag-X, but later Felix finds out that Felix-X was actually Alex up to his old tricks again, so Felix & the Magic Bag fought against Alex & the Anti-Bag, and naturally Felix won, at least That's how I would have made the story to make the connection.

Frankly I think Age doesn't matter, especially with Felix the Cat, he's been around for 100 Years and he's Still as good as ever.
If they tried a Redemption thing with Alex they would need to really work on his backstory, like maybe have it where he had a bad childhood growing up, like an Abusive Father and Drunken Mother(but like on Cream, which turns out isn't all that Healthy for Cats) or something like That, and he was Always Jealous & Spiteful towards his Cousin Felix for having such a better life than him, and would do anything he could to try and make Felix's Life miserable, and they would need to come up with some pretty Crazy Story where Alex gets a Magic Bag of his own & goes on a rampage while disguised as Felix in order to Frame Felix, all while Alex is helping some Uber Bad Guy with something, but Felix's Friends help free Felix, then Felix & Alex duke it out, later the Uber Baddie does something so bad that it forces Felix & Alex to set aside their rivalry and work together to save the day, but when things take a grim turn for the worst, Alex sacrifices himself to save Felix so that Felix could live to return to his friends, but unbeknownst to them, Alex found a way to survive & would later on return, but his alliances would still be debatable.
At least That's how I see them redeeming Alex.

That looks pretty good meme of the Felix the Cat shows from different time, especially the "Baby Felix & Friends". That show almost remind me similar when Sonic meets his younger self like how Felix meets his younger self.

I think the Phony Phelix, Oscar was named after Oscar Madison from The Odd Couples because he's the sloppy opposite roommate of Felix Unger and they think Oscar is a perfect name for an imposter Felix the Cat.
