between Susan and a reformed Medusa in the first part of chapter 11 of Swelling With

Yes it is to the first question, and sort of to the second.
You see there's a particular issue of "What if" which invovles Susan being the member of the group who ends up with Elastic Powers. I took the idea to heart and proceeded to write large (over two hundred thousand words) amounts of fanfiction about it and after doing some favors for FTO he agreed to illustrates a few scenes from my work.
