Yeah he'd definitely love to go on a human eating spree....and that first image I did we'll say was the painful one, cause it looked blurry and was painful for me to look at.

Well he offers to let people out, and he made digestion process painless with some chemicals. I just threw in the whole pain thing as a nod towards my dislike of the first image I did. Tails doesn't wanna hurt anyone, he's playful, but not a monster.
