Red, Black and White- understandable scheme for something with passion and/or violence. However the sweat sort of detracts from the eroticism, ironically and though the eyes looking out to the observer is challenging and shocking, it somehow makes it less of a bombshell. Symbolism in the key is very interesting, the innocent/revelling expressions contrasting sharply and yet not as powerful as it could be. Maybe more shadow? Generally, another wicked piece, with obvious skill for both framing and characterisation.
