No. She has nipple imprints on the shirt in all the movies when she's wet. She had them during the alley scene in the first film, and when she was being held captive by Doc Ock in the second.
Rather they are her nipples I dunno, I hear they have actresses wear fake ones during scenes like this in order to add sex appeal.
