This has an anime'ish effect to it. Not manga. I mean, in anime, when they present some text in the screen, sometimes it has a similar effect.

thanks. in fact, It didn't come out the way I wanted. I wanted it to have a different effect. I'll try to make another one later in sha'Allah and see if it comes out well.

I used PS brushes, star brushes and light brushes + arabic calligraphy brush.

no. I just used normal brush with soft borders and different levels of trensparency.
