very powerful colors, nice composition and great dramatic sky.
The only detail I can see is maybe softening a bit the edges of water against land to make it look more realistic.
Very nice work overall, congrats.

Wow! Amazing! I bet if there was some Oasis on mars it would prolly look like this! For me this oasis has this totally alien and strange feeling to it! You got the details on the water amazing!! And don't start me on the lightning, it's beyond fabulous! Keep it up, I'll be trying my next terragen render soon!

Thanks, yeah i had trouble getting the surface detailed and realistic.
That will be my mission on my next terragen, to get a kick ass surface.

I had a look at your gallery and I think your terragens are very good, I really like "Desolation".
Your'll find that the more time you spend playing with it the more easier it will become.
