Thats right, this is not a photo. Its a 3D rendered image, created by a program called Terragen.
The program is highly addictive and free to download. I highly recommend it.

Looks very realistic, doesn't it. The program is very simple to use as well.
However this shot took 2 and a half hours to render, plus the 2 hours I spent
tweaking and creating it.

Man, for the first time, I can call you a genious! I just think you could put the atmosphere color a little bit more red, but the concept is great anyway. Simple and amazing! Keep working with Terragen!

Thanks, Terragen is unbelievable. Its free to download you should be able to find it easily. You can create some amazing images with it. I highly recommend it.
