cool what you made of the background
i also used it in one of my deviations. maybe the gurl in your pic is the same as mine, but in mine she does not look so "fresh" anymore!

I love the background and the texture of her dress! And everything LOOKS like it's in the environment (something so many people have a problem with). This is a beautiful illustration. Superb!

I just got subscribed, need to see if I happen to get into prints later. Sucks with the normal subscription though, DAs cut is somewhat ridiculously high. :/

This is beautiful!
It makes me think of some of the hikes I had gone on in BC. There are lots of overgrown ghost towns with places where old tombstones stand. BC is lush and green and I always would create some little story in my head when I saw a part of an old town forgotten. You did a great job of making her part of the forest

Yep, this felt like one of those few times when you take a model and paste her into a scenery. She allmost blended right away, didnยดt have to wreck my brain and fight to make it look good.

Gorgeous. Simply gorgeous. Love the colour... the feeling of being lost in the woods...
Great job!

Thanks, a little chaotic, but still seems to keep thing nicely together. Needed to try out a lot of different croppings though, this one seemed best.
And thanks for the , always appreciated.

Despite the lack of light in the scene, all the colors are somehow really vivid. Very well done.

Yep. The forestpic had a really subtle foggything going on, and I added a pretty vague layer of color on the whole thing too, to make the model look more like shes in the pic, not on it. Seemed to work well.

I love the shading, everything looks rounded not flat. Now this is what I should have done with my last piece. Beautiful job!

Thanks, I was quite surpprised with the look of this while doing it, very simple elements, but managed to make it somewhat effective nevertheless. Nice change of pace to all the spacestuff too.
