To celebrate Toonami's 18th Anniversary back on March 17th, here is a vector shape project I made for my 2D Computer Illustration.Tom 2 has been my favorite Tom design but Tom 5 was a close second, so I made both. Here is a link to TOM 2 funkbob.deviantart.com/art/Tomβ¦
