Interesting composition. I often find myself shooting things in a similar way, with the scene divided into horizontal sections. Strangely, this reminds me very much of an image in my gallery.
Otherwise, I feel as if you've gone a little bit overboard with your saturation -- those plants in the foreground are, like, freaking neon lights, man.
