"I heard it's your birthday and you know what that means, we're gonna have a big PARTY with all your friends and there's gonna music and streamers and balloons and punch and dancing and ..." [insert random Pinkie Pie rambling here]Man, Pinkie Pie is too damn cute. I regret nothing. I was pleasantly surprised at how this turned out, but finding a category for it took a while.
My favorite frame is the third one, which incidentally is also the preview image. I can't stop giggling like an idiot. I can almost hear the bouncing sound. All of the animations in the newest Desktop Ponies release only reinforce my belief that Pinkie is the cutest and most adorable of the bunch.

Photoshop's magic wand tool and a white background. That got rid of the random stains my scanner usually leaves.

Meh, I couldn't either. It was just in a package my father got for work. He offered and I'd have been stupid not to accept it. But, yeah, I think gimp will do, too. If it can do animations. I haven't used gimp myself, but a lot of people call it a free Photoshop alternative.
