Cartoon Network's Noods or Noodies were brought in as bumps around 2009, and were quickly thrown out. In FusionFall, there were various Bubblehead items which took the head of a Nood and placed a character skin on it as a head item, much like the actual cartoon Noods themselves. Likely due to their removal as bumps, the FusionFall team pretty swiftly ceased production on Bubbleheads as they were being phased out through FusionFall's early life. A friend of mine, Holiday Hero, suggested this nano, perhaps in various colors as an interesting take on more bumps/blocks represented in FusionFall, like TOM.
