OK I took a stab at a little graffiti. It has always inspired my artwork, so I finally did some. I think I might take this and vectorize it, so I will tweek it some more. I did this in my sketch book, with a HI TECH C pen, prismacolor makers, pencils, and a POSCA white pen. Let me know what you guys think. This is an F and E for FutureElements. When I really feel like it I might do the whole word.Related content

w00ts to vectoring! I tried doing that on one of mine...it failed. You make it work, man. That's pretty sweet. Don't feel like you HAVE to do the whole word. Trust me, doing big words with graffiti is tough stuff. The longest I've managed is "revolution" and, let me tell you, it looked like sin.
On the other hand, if you get the inspiration and a big sheet of paper, have at it! Have you ever taken your work streetside?

I''ve been trying for months on and off to get some graffiti working right, but you just come in and just, do it. It looks really sweet, excluding the "f" and the "e", I was try to get somethign close to yours, but have failed many times. Keep doing it, mix it up. It's great stuff.

Thank you very much! It really was my first try. One thing that I have learned being a designer is when you draw as much as you can and draw lots of things, no matter what you draw you learn how to manipulate line and how to make it look good. I don't always pull it off but I know what makes things look good.Believe me I went through my faze of struggling and I have drawn lots of crap. lots and lots of perserverance.
