Sorta following the idea of this pic: [link]Mehhh. It's so... fanfic-y. XD;;;
I thought Doof could be helping Vanessa with her prom dress or something and later she makes an outburst which makes Doof sad. Perry brushes that off as normal and leaves.
Later Perry then goes back in time (via Time Travelling machine or what-have-you) and the rest you can pretty much guess, amiright?
Cheesy dialogue and hurrg... stuff. It's just a thought spew. Don't kill me. ;w;

That's awesome! Little Doofenshmirtz is so adorable, espeically when he's happy.
I wrote something similar last year, but Perry decides not to interfere with time. And I have a partially completed story on my hard drive where Doofenshmirtz was born a bit later, the Flynn-Fletchers adopt him, and he gets really attached to Perry.
So what I mean is, I love this idea a lot.

Some people asked for me to write the above idea. Although I absolutely LOVE coming up with gags and little plot pieces for story, I'm not really into writing - I could try for practice, but no guarantees I'll get around to it - I would VERY much prefer drawing ideas out like this deviation.
Look at it this way, there's more for you to fill the gaps with your lovely imagination!

OH GOD RIGHT IT NOW i want to read it so much now i love young doof you hear alot of his backstory but not really alot,i love seeing more detail into it,even if its a idea of a detail lol
