Is it wired that I’m absolutely in love with the leaves and those stairs? The rest of the piece is obviously fantastic, but I just love the ground’s lighting, and how the leaves closest to the screen stand out~

Nah, it's not weird, I myself have a fetish in dark alley, stairs, old and small road with walls around, and tree shade and sunlight.... The true is I started drawing this piece because I want to draw something with this background, hi hi

Wow I love this... The combination of the harder-lined foreground leaves (that's considered foreground, yes?) the soft-shading of the people and the texture on the stairs, with the shadows of the trees... Stunning.
