Mấy đó bay bay á hả

Cách 1:
Layer gốc - normal - xịt mấy đốm trắng, viền cứng ra ( không nhoè viền )
Layer blur - normal hay screen tuỳ - nhân layer gốc lên, dùng gaussian blur làm nhoè nó đi, chỉnh cho vừa ý là đc.

Cách 2:
Cũng cái layer gốc đấy, nhấp phải vào nó chọn blending options, check cái outer glow rồi chỉnh thông số cho vừa ý là đc.

Nguyên lý làm cho phát sáng là vậy, còn Rockie hỏi làm sao làm ra mấy cái đốm bay bay random cho tự nhiên thì tạo rồi chỉnh sửa brush 1 chút là đc, nhưng mà hơi khó nói = text 1 chút, nếu cần thì mình mần hẳn cái tutorial = hình
