Bio: Parcel's the type of guy who's always on the move. He's smaller than the average spinner, but is also incredibly fast for his kind. This makes him an excellent delivery spinner and he's gained enough of a reputation for it that he's normally the one picked for messages between Seri and the other priests/priestesses. Overall he's pretty dependable and he's all about the security of the message above anything else.

Of course, due to his status as the head carrier in the Burrow he's fairly busy and has taken up the habit of speaking very quickly to relay information in a fast manner. This has become a habit though and he sometimes accidentally speed-talks during regular conversations.
Despite this, he's always up for a good chat. Nothing's better than a decent conversation.

A small side effect of his small size is a skittishness he's acquired over the years. He's not the kind to stick around for a fight and would prefer to avoid confrontation.
