Dawnweaver History: FOR FOALS

What is a Dawnweaver?
"Dawnweavers are the original founders of what we call ‘The Grove’.

Back when the forest was new and the Dawnweavers were first made, the Grove wasn’t a very nice place to live. Dangerous animals roamed everywhere and were likely to gobble the Dawnweavers if they were given the chance.

But though they were small in size, they had something those scary animals didn’t have. Magic.

Using their magic they were able to give themselves ways to survive. Some of them took on traits of the scary animals to help defend themselves, while the others took to training their magic for other purposes.

Over time both types were able to drive out the wild things and build a wondrous city. There they lived, safely nestled in the Grove for years, and ruled by the charming and brave Saehda (Say-duh)."

Magic for Beginners: Chapter One

For those of you seeking the path of magical enlightenment, you must prepare your mind and body.

A clear mind and focused will are the first steps to attuning oneself to the energies of the world. And a focus point must be made to channel said energies and bend them to the caster's command.

Studies on those of the large-kin shows that those with a horn emerging from their head produce the best magical results. Further studies within our own kind shows that this is an ideal situation.
