Cloud Weaver is very loyal and follows orders no matter what. Of course this brings an issue to her if the order goes in a direction her moral compass doesn't and it can cause her a lot of stress trying to decide which to follow.
She's a no nonsense pony who often see's Scott's actions as childish and she's not hesitant to tell him so. Cloud can also be very perceptive, able to read most ponies in matters of the mind in an instant. She reaches difficulties when it comes to matters of the heart, though.
